ORANGE
This project has been planned into various stages. A major construction program evolving to a full major renovation of the entire Club. MFC has previously completed the design and construct of the largest outdoor compliant Gaming room in NSW and the full refurbishment of the Northcott Lounge.

This project involved a building on an existing site that was in a heritage listed area. MFC completed a full re-design and renovation of the existing building meeting all planning codes to bring the building up to current spec
Hotel Orange
ORANGE
This project was a total design and construct Contract valued at 4 million. The entire Hotel was refurbished and redeveloped whilst continuing to trade and the project was completed in 26 weeks. Additions include new bars, Function rooms, Gaming room, restaurant, outdoor deck and Bar, beer Garden, sports bar and infrastructure. 
Mining
ORANGE
MFC is fully systemized and approved to undertake construction at Cadia valley operations in Orange. We have a team on site undertaking various design and construct projects up to 6 million in value. We have experienced site supervisors and in house operation systems including JSCA and IOS 9001.
Audi
ORANGE
MFC completed the new addition to the main street of Orange with the highly anticipated AUDI showroom. Very high standards were expected in the construction and finish to well sit alongside these wonderful motorcars. 
Penhall's Funeral Parlour, ORANGE
Mick Fabar Constructions won the 2005 Master Builder's Association Award for 'Excellence in Building' after the completion of this project. An existing Funeral Parlour was extended and upgraded to accommodate a Chapel with seating for 300 people, a new fully equipped mortuary and crematorium. Some of the judge’s comments were 'Building at its best from a young builder' and '…… from the moment I worked in the door to judge the building I could see the quality in the craftsmanship'
Belgravia @ Union Bank, ORANGE

An existing centrally located heritage listed building refurbished and converted into a cellar door/restaurant for the well renowned wine label 'Belgravia'. Some of the features include polished timber floors and timber joinery mixed with modern contemporary inclusions.
